Inventory Control and Monitoring: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking, using inventory management software or ERP systems like NetSuite, SPARKS & D365
Procurement and Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to place orders, issue PO, invoice verification and ensure timely delivery of goods
Forecasting and Planning: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and departmental input to create short- and long-term inventory forecasts, including SKU-level planning and seasonal demand adjustments
Manage warehouse teams, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards including inbound & outbound logistic arrangement
