Executive (Distribution & Material Services)
The executive role shall covers below scope and responsibilities:
To support in SAP order processing.
Communicating with customers in support of their queries.
Receiving RFQ from customers and to process quotations to customers.
Requires adhoc communication with a range of suppliers on leadtime and pricing information.
To assist in internal coordination of orders and transactions to fulfil on time delivery.
Track and follow up with supplier on orders and shipments status to ensure on time delivery.
The requirements as below:
Diploma
Relevant SAP experience and Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be advantage.
Aviation experience in sourcing , order management on aircraft materials will be advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work well in team.
