You will get to oversee the entire APAC technology landscape for their critical cash management and trade solutions, acting as the key technology partner to regional business stakeholders and product managers to deliver solutions that significantly enhance the client value proposition across payments, collections, virtual accounts, and sophisticated trade and supply chain financing products. You will lead teams and drive key technology initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Department within Technology, and collaborating with global teams to implement and standardize solutions across multiple regional branches while minimizing customization. Furthermore, you will be accountable for ensuring the stability and high availability of implemented systems, and a crucial part of your role will be to build, grow, and manage high-performing professional teams across Singapore and India, establishing domain competency in core Transaction Banking areas. You will also engage with in-country IT Heads to promote the adoption of global and regional solutions and drive down the footprint of legacy local applications.

You will bring your experience of...

You will bring your substantial experience of at least 15 years in the IT domain, specifically within transaction banking systems implementation and support, with deep expertise in cash management and trade products. You will bring your proven track record as a technology lead in implementing global or regional cash management systems across multiple countries in APAC, coupled with your experience in a business stakeholder-facing technology role managing critical systems within the corporate banking sector. Your strong understanding of cross-border payments, including ISO 20022 standards, and the domestic payments landscape across APAC will be essential. You will bring hands-on expertise in building and coaching effective teams across multiple locations, creating a talent pool capable of deploying complex solutions. Furthermore, you will bring your ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, presenting a technology roadmap clearly aligned with broader business objectives to secure buy-in. Your technical competency will allow you to review and validate solution designs, ensuring stability and redundancy, and you must demonstrate the drive and ability to be hands-on when required to drive the standardization of applications despite country-specific variations, all while expertly managing offshore teams and the application portfolio's technology stack.
