This Executive Director/Representative/CTO is primarily a representative and oversight role, fulfilling the regulatory and governance requirements.
Your new role
- Serve as a licenced Representative under the AI / LFMC Licence.
- Act as one of the points of contact for MAS, ensuring effective communication, timely submissions, and compliance with all regulatory mandates.
- Supervise corporate governance, ensuring that all policies, documentation, and controls align with regulatory standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and risk management processes.
- Offer expert guidance on local operational issues, including administrative, legal, and technology-related matters.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative fund or hedge fund investment modelling.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Must meet the Fit and Proper criteria as set out by MAS
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and quantitative strategies.
- Familiarity with MAS regulations, particularly under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
