Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Directors and stakeholders to define and align the organization's strategic direction
• Plan and execute long-term business strategies to meet organizational goals
• Oversee annual budget implementation and management to achieve financial targets
• Develop and implement succession plans for senior leadership to maintain continuous operations
• Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
