Executive Director (Non Profit)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the organisation's strategic vision in partnership with the Board of Directors.

• Provide strong, forward-looking leadership to drive innovation, growth, and organisational sustainability.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery.

• Lead and inspire the senior leadership team to achieve organisational goals.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal sustainability.

• Serve as the organisation's key spokesperson and build strong relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders.

• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks are in place.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organisational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).

• 8-15 years of senior leadership experience with proven strategic and operational oversight capabilities.

• Strong experience in financial management and organisational leadership.

• Experience working closely with or reporting to a Board of Directors is essential
