Job Details
The role carries accountability for setting client and product strategy, originating complex multi-product transactions, and leading cross-functional teams across transaction banking, loan and trade finance, global markets, ECA/DFI financing, and deposits. As lead relationship head, you will drive new partnerships, oversee credit structuring and risk governance for syndicated and structured solutions, and navigate regulatory, liquidity, and country risk considerations across APAC. Strong fluency in global markets products, balance sheet optimisation (HQLA/NSFR), and institutional credit is required.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of banking experience, with deep regional exposure managing financial institutions or large corporates, and a proven track record ofleadingsenior client relationships independently. This role suits a strategic, commercially minded leader who can set direction, influence at senior levels, and deliver results within a complex, matrixed global organisation.
