Executive Director, Data Centres, Asia Pacific Capital Market

Role Overview

The role will be a regional role based in Singapore, responsible for leading and growing the regional data centre capital markets business across Asia Pacific, driving transaction origination, client relationship management, and execution of strategic advisory and investment sales mandates.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the origination and execution of data centre capital market transactions across the region, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, recapitalisations, and portfolio sales.

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, REITs, developers, hyperscalers, operators, and key stakeholders within the data centre ecosystem.

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and industry relationships to expand the regional data centre platform and revenue pipeline.

. Provide strategic advisory to clients on market trends, investment opportunities, valuation, portfolio strategy, and capital deployment within the data centre sector.

. Collaborate closely with regional and local capital markets, investment sales, debt & structured finance, valuation, occupier services, and research teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

. Drive business development initiatives and represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen market presence and brand positioning in the data centre sector.

. Monitor market dynamics, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and investment trends impacting the regional data centre landscape.

. Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring excellence in transaction execution and client servicing.

. Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements in all transactions and client engagements.
