Your Responsibilities
- Implement and Follow-up of the PALFINGER Partner Program in close alignment with all product lines and business areas
- Monitor and manage partner quality and performance standards for Sales, Installation and Aftersales areas
- Develop and drive clear partner reporting to enable data-driven insights and strategic decision-making
- Support regional tools and processes (scouting, onboarding, etc)
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and best-practice sharing across the PALFINGER partner network
Your Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in dealer management, commercial sales/aftersales activities, ideally in an international multicultural B2B environment, are preferred
- Experience with PowerBI or other digital tools for reporting and analytics
- Travel requirements: Year 1 - No travel required. Year 2 onward - Approximately 30% of working time
