Job Description

Expense & Reimbursemenet Management

• Process reimbursements for crew travel, P&I medical expenses, training costs etc.
• Allocate crew related expenses by vessel and project.
• Verify invoices and record them in the accounting system.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate Crew briefing both online and physical office visit.
• Coordinate closely with Manning agent, Finance and Vessel management group.
• Any our task or project related to the role

Requirements

Education: Polytechnic diploma is preferred, High school (A Levels or NITEC equivalent) or O Levels will be considered.

Past Working Experience: Basic accounting knowledge is essential. Prior experience in Maritime or crewing operationsxperience in working within a multicultual and experience in an international team environment is an advantage.

Basic Skill:English, Literate in Computer & MS office Application
