What The Role Is
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive to join our Credit Management Services team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective recovery of debts from ex-civil servants for our service partners.
What You Will Be Working On
- Actively pursue the recovery of debts from ex-civil servants to maximize recovery levels, while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, agency policies and service standards.
- Work with each client and agencies on an individual level to find personalized solutions that consider the welfare and hardship faced by ex-civil servants.
- Minimize non-payments and late payments by implementing effective credit management strategies, while taking into account the unique circumstances of ex-civil servants.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are passionate to join us in transforming the delivery of Corporate Services for the Public Service. To be successful in the role, you should possess the following attributes and competencies:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of debt recovery management experience; Candidates without relevant experience but possess good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Strong judgement and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within stipulated timelines
- Effective oral and written communication with good presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Logical and Critical thinking abilities
- Strong numerical aptitude
- IT savvy with excellent grasp of Microsoft Office and strong appreciation for current and upcoming technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), data analytics, artificial intelligence and other tools (e.g., Access, Macros, Power Query, VBA, Tableu, PowerBI) will be advantageous
