Your Role

  • Assist Department Head in handling clients accounts
  • Day-to-day broking/claims administration
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • This is not a Sales position/role

Your Profile

  • Minimum GCE O level, Diploma holders, Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Working experience in the insurance industry will be added advantage
  • Customer Orientated
  • Drive, Dedication and Determination

  • Insurance Qualifications including certifications such as ComGI, BCP, PGI, or other equivalent relevant qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
