Job Responsibilities
A well-established multinational organisation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive, Corporate & Administration to join its Corporate Division. This role sits within a regional headquarters environment and supports administrative operations and corporate communication initiatives across multiple countries in South Asia and Oceania.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting expatriate management, and strengthening regional internal communications aligned with headquarters initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Administer employee training programmes, long-service awards, leave and claims processing.
- Manage corporate card usage and air travel bill administration.
- Drive digitisation initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and streamline processes.
- Support expatriates on international assignments, including coordination of employment passes and dependent passes.
- Handle housing and tenancy-related administrative matters for expatriates.
Corporate Communication
- Coordinate and implement regional initiatives driven by headquarters in collaboration with country managers.
- Support regional corporate communication efforts to strengthen internal alignment across countries.
- Ensure consistent corporate messaging, values, and branding across the South Asia region.
- Facilitate effective communication between headquarters and regional stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, HR administration, regional coordination, or corporate communications.
- Proven experience working with cross-border or regional teams in a multinational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
