Location: Hope Village @ Kaki Bukit Recreation Centre

About Hope Village @ Kaki Bukit Recreation Centre

Hope Village is the new community concept at Kaki Bukit Recreation Centre (KBRC), operated by Hope Initiative Alliance. It serves as a welcoming and inclusive space for migrant workers and migrant domestic workers to rest, connect, and participate in meaningful programmes during their time off.

As one of Singapore's key migrant worker recreation centres, Hope Village brings together community outreach, volunteer engagement, partnerships, and programmes to support the well-being, social connection, and dignity of the migrant worker community. Through regular activities, events, and collaborations with community, corporate, and public partners, Hope Village aims to create a safe and vibrant environment where migrant workers feel valued and supported.

Role Overview

The Executive / Coordinator (Corporate Services, Hope Village) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operations of Hope Village by supporting procurement, facilities booking, and transport and logistics coordination. This role enables programmes, events, and daily activities to run efficiently by ensuring that operational needs are well planned, properly coordinated, and delivered on time.

Working closely with engagement and facilities teams, the role contributes to the overall readiness and functionality of Hope Village as a welcoming and well-managed community space for migrant workers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

. Support procurement activities including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination

. Manage facilities booking schedules for programmes, events, and external usage

. Coordinate transport and logistics arrangements for programmes, events, and outreach activities

. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services

. Maintain proper records, documentation, and inventories

. Support compliance with internal policies and funding requirements

. Provide general operational and administrative support as required

Requirements

. Diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, facilities management, or related field

. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred

. Strong coordination and organisational skills

. Comfortable working with vendors and multiple internal teams
