• Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Material Management(MM) Dept. Ensure department performance met the customer's contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Manage daily MM Dept operations, includes Order Fulfillment, Shelf-Life monitoring and Cyclical Inventory Counts.
• Lead the MM team to ensure that all Order Pick & Pack, Inventory Counts and Adhoc operations activities are well coordinated.
• Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy and support Navy Exercises.
• Compile and computing of monthly transactions Performance Reports.
• Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.
• Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.
• Attend to monthly ROP checks by the authority.
• Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.
• Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Requirements

Minimally graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management

Preferably with Forklift and Class 3 Driving Licenses
