Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation (Indian-Kerala section).
Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
Ensure food should be presented, preparation and service must up to par in the kitchen.
Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management.
Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene are followed accordance with NEA standard.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
Hands-on experience in Indian Kerala cuisine is preferred.

introduce new menu in every six months
Co-ordinate with front-of-house staff, manage special dietary needs, and stay updated on culinary trends and innovations to keep the menu fresh and exciting .
