GU:UM Contemporary Grill is looking for a Executive Chef to join our growing family.
The main job responsibilities are:
- Strong menu R&D
- Organize kitchen stations
- Oversee all menu prep
- Inventory ordering and budgeting
- Strong team leadership
- Manage staffing shifts
A prior role as Head Chef or Executive Chef for at least 2 years is required, with a total Back of House experience of at least 8 years.
