  • Create Fine-Dining menu that highlights the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine
  • Plan and oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Provide direction, supervision and coaching and training to the team members
  • Plan and food preparation process
  • Consistent production of high-quality dishes
  • Ensure kitchen operations are run smoothly and adhere to standards set in order to maintain and enhance guest's experiences and satisfaction
  • Passionate and have knowledge of Japanese beverage and cocktail
  • Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables and fish used to prepare food
  • Planning for ingredients purchased

Requirements:

  • Experience with Omakase-Style Restaurant
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen process
