- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Create new recipes and specials, showcasing culinary creativity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Western & Chinese cuisine, with a strong culinary background
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to work effectively in a pet-friendly environment
