Job Description

Supa Deck is a dynamic dining destination located along Bedok Road, known for delivering quality food and memorable dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and take charge of culinary direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Develop innovative seasonal menus and dishes aligned with the restaurant's concept.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (SFA requirements).
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen budgets effectively.
  • Work closely with management to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizen / PR.
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Passionate about food, menu development, and kitchen excellence.
  • Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, costing, and hygiene compliance.
