Job Description

  • Coordinate overall day to day kitchen operations.
  • Supervise catering food production team.
  • Create and develop catering menu items.
  • Cost control and maintain profit margins.
  • Ensure kitchen meets food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Evaluate food items to ensure that catering food quality and standards are consistently attained.
  • Cooperate and communicate with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding catering orders.
  • Review regularly on kitchen standard operation procedures, processes and practices, in order to improve the standard of kitchen operations.
