Design and propose menus for customer enquiries, corporate requests, and tender submissions.
Develop innovative dining concepts and menu offerings for retail outlets.
Maintain high food quality standards and ensure timely preparation and fulfilment of orders.
Lead and support high-profile catering events and services.
Assess and source new ingredients and suppliers to maintain product quality and cost efficiency.
Prepare weekly ingredient forecasts to support procurement and inventory planning.
Establish standard food costing and monitor actual expenses to ensure they remain within budget targets.
Monitor and control labour costs while improving operational productivity.
Recruit, mentor, and train chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants to build a strong culinary team.
