Executive, Cargo Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor barge and vessel Bunker Oil Usage (BOU) consumption records and ensure proper and accurate ordering of BOU.

• Verify that barge cargo movement records are accurate, complete and properly maintained.

• Closely monitor bunker delivery operations, identify any abnormalities, and follow up with findings and corrective actions.

• Conduct routine cargo Remaining On Board (ROB) checks for bunker barges, as well as random ROB checks on ocean fleet vessels as required.

• Ensure timely submission of reports and completion of assigned tasks within stipulated deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, tanker operations, bunkering or bunker/cargo surveying preferred
• Knowledge of cargo operations involving petroleum, chemicals, or marine fuels is an advantage
• Familiarity with port operations and maritime regulations (e.g. MPA Singapore guidelines)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to support operations outside normal hours when needed
