This role reports to the Venue Manager (VM) and work with Hard and Soft Services team as well as Outsource Service Providers. Property Officer is involved in daily operation duties involving maintenance venue facilities and event operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To conduct periodic venue inspections to check the venues cleaning condition, building defects etc.
- Manage, supervise and monitor Soft services maintenance and performance at venue level.
- To perform Building fabric SFPM, highlight findings and schedule term contractor or Hard FM staff for reinstatement work
- To work closely with Hard Services Engineer on engineering support and rectification work to upkeep venue and event space at reasonable state, operational and available at all times.
- Manage venue FF&E asset list, movement and deployment. Assess and evaluate FF&E condition, prepare and record asset disposal and replacement.
- To execute, supervise and manage Lifecycle, Variation and Ad hoc project works ensuring quality and safety at work and completion in timely manner
- To manage all Event related administration and operations matters such as handing over and taking over of event space, be on site during events to ensure venue readiness, prepare variable cost, event billing, damages etc
- Regular update Venue Operations team on event damages via Preliminary Damages Notification Report, establish and consolidate damage cost after end of event. Follow up with, supervise and manage vendors to complete event damage rectification and reinstatement work to ensure venue is ready for next event
- To perform Duty Manager to oversee and coordinate FM support ensuring venue readiness and smooth running of during event day/period.
- To prepare and submit incident report within 12 hours from incident.
- At venue manager discretion, Executive may be assigned to assist his peer on other duties.
