Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
- Develop engaging digital marketing content for digital content platforms such as Bytesize email marketing (e-newsletter) to increase readership and internal communications engagement.
- Optimise website content through keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive THKMC brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics and trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and grow THKMC's brand presence on digital platforms, including the website and email marketing.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to position and market THKMC across available platforms.
2. Content Marketing (Corporate Collaterals):
- Manage the creation and distribution of corporate collaterals and gifts.
- Ensure collaterals are consistent with corporate branding.
3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Service Support:
- Provide marketing posters, event management, speeches, and administrative support for Therapy Services and Corporate Services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring they effectively promote the organisation's services and initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials and promotional content to support service-specific campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
5. Comms Support to Fundraising:
- Provide communications support to the Fundraising Team.
6. Additional Duties:
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or Senior Manager.
- Support the Senior/Manager in strategic planning and project management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall corporate communications strategy.
Qualifications
- Degree in digital marketing, digital communications, digital media, marketing, communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of corporate communications and/or marketing experience will be an advantage
- A meticulous, highly motivated and resourceful team player with a positive attitude and attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a second language (in order to handle queries and to write copies in a second language)
- Certifications in areas such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media marketing will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and optimise marketing efforts
- Active on social media platforms and updated in on-going trends
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
