Job Description

Executive, Brand and Marketing

The Executive, Brand and Marketing supports the day-to-day execution of brand, marketing, digital and content initiatives for The Ascott Limited's Singapore cluster. The role focuses on operational delivery of managing content assets, supporting campaigns, coordinating with properties and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This individual plays a key part in helping the cluster strengthen brand equity, drive online engagement and support commercial and guest-experience objectives. He or she will report directly to the Manager, Brand and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the rollout of brand programmes, property activations and seasonal campaigns across the Singapore cluster

2. Execute the production of marketing collaterals, ensuring adherence to Ascott brand guidelines

3. Support localisation of regional and global brand initiatives for the Singapore market

4. Assist in organising brand immersion workshops and on-property brand experience rollouts

5. Plan and publish content for social media channels, including copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement

6. Support content creation by way of photography, videography, short-form videos, captions, and asset organisation

7. Update website content, landing pages and EDMs in collaboration with the regional digital team

8. Track digital analytics, social engagement and campaign metrics for monthly reporting

9. Work with creative agencies, designers and vendors to deliver assets on time

10. Manage and maintain brand asset libraries, digital folders, key visuals and templates

11. Proofread and review marketing materials for brand accuracy and clarity

12. Support on-property events, media engagements and partnership activations

13. Assist with influencer and content creator coordination, logistics and deliverables tracking

14. Prepare PR materials, fact sheets and photo/video selects for media requests

15. Track campaign budgets, invoices, timelines and project documentation

16. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for internal reviews

17. Provide general administrative, coordination and operational support for the brand and marketing team

18. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

The candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of marketing, social media, brand, or communications experience hospitality or lifestyle industry experience is advantageous
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools and basic analytics
  • Experience with simple design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
