We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to provide full administrative support and assist with executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
- Manage and coordinate the General Manager's calendar, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
- Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and basic financial documents.
- Draft, edit, and distribute memos, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and vendor coordination.
- Support office relocations, setup, and onboarding of new employees.
- Input and maintain data in relevant databases or systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative or personal support tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to challenges.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
- Basic acccunting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
