- A minimum of 710 years experience providing executive support at senior levels within multinational corporations such as Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, Financial Services, FMCG or Professional Services.
- Exceptional organisational abilities demonstrated through successful management of multiple priorities and tight deadlines in demanding settings.
- A proven track record of handling confidential matters with utmost professionalism, discretion, honesty and integrity.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enabling you to draft clear correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build trust-based relationships with executives, peers and external partners alike.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as familiarity with modern collaboration platforms for efficient workflow management.
- A proactive approach combined with solution-oriented thinking that enables you to adapt seamlessly within evolving environments.
- Flexibility regarding regional travel requirements or after-hours commitments when necessary for business continuity.
