Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the President in liaising with business clients and strategic partners
  • Coordinate and follow up on major company projects, execution progress, and reporting
  • Manage meeting arrangements, schedules, business appointments, and corporate events for the President
  • Support communication and coordination with government agencies, associations, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting minutes, organize project documentation, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Perform other duties and special assignments assigned by the President

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Professional appearance with excellent business etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidates with experience in project coordination, executive assistant roles, business development, or government liaison are preferred
  • Able to adapt to flexible working arrangements and occasional business networking events
