About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires strong anticipation, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise the CEO's calendar, meetings and engagements.
- Proactively prepare documents, briefs and follow-ups to support the CEO's needs.
- Draft and prepare emails, letters, presentations and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, take concise minutes and track action items to completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communications, escalating matters to the CEO where appropriate
- Maintain confidential files, trackers and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
- Streamline and improve administrative processes for greater efficiency.
- Support change management by coordinating communication, tracking actions and ensuring follow-through.
- Assist in planning and executing Lodge's events and initiatives, ensuring timelines and logistics are well managed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting senior leaders (C-suite support preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly.
- Discreet, resilient, resourceful, and confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
