Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries into the office general line
- Perform reconciliations between bank statements and company P&L
- Organise the Managing Director's meeting calendar and help prepare for work meetings
- Oversee and administer company social media and website postings
- Provide support to company events
- Process monthly company payroll using payroll software
- Handle company projects and office related matters for the company like stationery top ups, printer maintenance etc
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with a proactive and independent working attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in document organisation and report preparation.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
