The Executive Assistant reports to the HR Manager and supports the HR Manager and Principals with daily administrative duties, family-related matters, simple data entry, and ad-hoc tasks. The role requires discretion, reliability, and initiative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with schedules, appointments, and family-related arrangements.
Coordinate with family members, vendors, schools, and service providers when needed.
Handle personal and family matters with confidentiality and care.
Manage calendars, emails, documents, and filing.
Prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations.
Arrange travel and logistics when required.
Perform simple data entry tasks accurately.
Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets and trackers.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager or Principals.
Track follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Liaise with internal and external parties as needed.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Excel with strong data entry accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Excel for tracking and data entry tasks.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable.
- Good communication skills.
Daily tasks and family matters are handled smoothly.
Administrative and data entry work is accurate and timely.
The HR Manager's and Principals workload is well supported.
Confidentiality and consistency are maintained.
