Our client, a leading global technology company behind one of the world's largest digital ecosystems, is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to manage and coordinate complex, multi-time-zone calendars with precision and efficiency.
This is a 1 year contract role.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands, and coordinating internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Handle end-to-end travel management for senior leadership, including multi-leg international itineraries, flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and preparation of detailed travel plans.
- Coordinate executive visits, leadership offsites, and business events, including venue sourcing, supplier engagement, catering arrangements, and on-site logistics.
- Manage expense submissions and financial administration on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring timely and accurate processing through corporate expense platforms.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
- Experience supporting stakeholders across different time zones will be a plus.
- Experience in a technology or multinational corporate environment will be a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, executive travel, and high-volume coordination activities.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience coordinating executive visits and managing external vendors or suppliers.
- Familiarity with modern workplace productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent collaboration platforms).
