Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to both the CEO and the CHRO of Sun Life's High Net Worth business.
Major Accountabilities
- Provide comprehensive executive assistance tot he CEO and CHRO
- Manage calendars, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Assist with expense management and e-signatures for leadership team
- Coordinate with global and regional teams on various initiatives
- Assist with event planning and logistics
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO and CHRO
- Provide cover for EAs as necessary in Singapore
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software
- Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and visa processes
