Role Overview:
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director and management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across business activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, office supplies, facility arrangements, and general workflow management.
Liaise effectively with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders, representing management professionally.
Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
Support planning and coordination of company events, business trips, and operational activities.
Lead and coordinate projects assigned by the Director across multiple business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, ensuring interconnected activities and relationships are managed efficiently.
Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Facilitate meetings, including local, regional, and international presentations, taking accurate minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
Balance and support the interests of the company's stakeholders, including shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government agencies, and the community.
Perform ad-hoc duties and special assignments as delegated by the Director to ensure smooth operations of the Director's office.
