Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, which allows for flexible work arrangements, including some work-from-home responsibilities. The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage schedules and diaries, and assist with daily personal and professional tasks. This role may also include clerical duties, ensuring efficient communication and seamless coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day professional and personal tasks.
- Strong Communication skills to handle correspondence, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling to ensure efficient organization of appointments, meetings, and events.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including managing documents, organizing files, and coordinating tasks effectively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
