Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and strategic engagements to maximise leadership productivity
- Coordinate all business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation logistics
- Act as the trusted liaison between the executive office and internal or external stakeholders, managing correspondence with polish and professionalism
- Prepare and review executive documents, presentations, and reports to the highest standard of accuracy and professional presentation
- Drive executive meetings end-to-end - from agenda preparation and meeting documentation through to rigorous follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with unwavering discretion and the utmost professionalism at all times
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and redirecting as appropriate and without delay
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements that support strategic initiatives and enhance overall office efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential matters and sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
