Holiday Inn SingaporeAtrium is a spectacular atrium-styled hotel with more than 500 rooms. Itis strategically located at the fringe of the city, Chinatown and the SingaporeRiver, served by Havelock MRT right at its doorstep.

Join our Executive Committee and lead theRooms Division at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Reporting to the GeneralManager, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operations,ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and strongcommercial performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms operations to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Drive room quality, cleanliness and compliance with IHG brand standards.
• Maximise Rooms revenue through upselling, inventory management and cost control.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and lead effective service recovery initiatives.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration across departments.
• Partner with the Executive Committee to achieve the hotel's business and financial goals.
• Lead continuous improvement, operational projects and process enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of progressive Rooms Division experience in an international full-service hotel.
• Experience as a Rooms Division Manager, Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms, Director of Rooms or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership across both Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, labour management and P&L performance.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence and team development.
• Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
