Job Scope:
Executive & Strategic Support
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives (e.g., CEO, Founders, or C-suite)
- Proactively manage complex calendars, optimizing strategic priorities, decision-making flow, and productivity
- Anticipate executive needs and provide forward-thinking solutions
- Support board-level and investor engagements, including materials, logistics, and follow-ups
Operational Excellence & Project Management
- Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, commercial, and operations teams
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making
- Ensure alignment across teams and maintain execution discipline on key priorities
Communication& Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central communication hub between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Interface with investors, clients, partners, and board members
- Draft high-quality communications, presentations, and executive briefs
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive/confidential information
Meetings, Travel & Events Management
- Manage end-to-end executive meetings: agenda setting, materials, minutes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate international travel logistics with seamless precision
- Support leadership in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements
Requirements:
- 5+ year experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, or similar role in high-growth or MNC environments
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Experience in AI, SaaS, startups, consulting, or tech environments
- Familiarity with productivity and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Notion, Slack, Asana)
- Exposure to investor relations or board-level coordination
