Key Responsibilities:
. Provide executive support: correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
. Assist in organising lectures and events, including logistics, volunteers, and participant management.
. Manage travel, accommodation, and hospitality for invited speakers and guests.
. Handle administration: receipts, payments, filing, and liaising with vendors/partners.
. Support finance and compliance (budget preparation, Corppass filings, donor checks).
. Assist with communications: content preparation, social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Events Management, or related field.
. At least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in admin/events coordination.
. Strong organisational and communication skills able to take clear meeting minutes.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with Zoom/AV tools.
. Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
. Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
. Familiarity with digital tools for social media, design, or email marketing advantageous.
