Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist with Customer enquires including web enquiries and email.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  • Responsible for resolving all escalated customer queries
  • Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customer's need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide support to Head of department and team members on day to day operation.
  • Performed any other duties as assigned.

  • Eligible to Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Admin/ Customer Service

Additional information:
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $2800
  • Located near Aljunied MRT
