Assist with Customer enquires including web enquiries and email.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
Responsible for resolving all escalated customer queries
Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Generate sales leads.
Identify and assess customer's need to achieve satisfaction.
Provide support to Head of department and team members on day to day operation.
Performed any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma
Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Admin/ Customer Service
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary up to $2800
Located near Aljunied MRT
