ROLE SUMMARY
Provides executive support to management while coordinating marketing, exhibitions, and company communications. This role acts as a central coordination point across internal team and external parties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive support
- Manage schedules, meetings, and coordination across internal teams
- Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up action items
- Coordinate principal visits, customer meetings, and internal alignment
- Any adhoc tasks assigned by management
Marketing & events
- Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and company events
- Maintain company website, LinkedIn page, and marketing materials
- Track project references and prepare presentation decks
- Liaise with designers, vendors, and contractors when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in EA, marketing, or events coordination roles
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Meticulous, structured, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools, basic digital tools/platforms
- Familiar with design programmes such as Adobe Creative suite, Canva is a plus
- Experience in events management is a strong advantage
