about the job
In this role, you will be focused on extending great secretarial support to 2 regional leaders in the management team, including complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, intensive travel arrangements, processing and submitting expense reports, and preparing meeting agendas/materials as and when required. You will be expected to interact and communicate with stakeholders locally and across the region on a daily basis, and help to prepare all logistics for virtual/physical meetings for your leaders. The preparation of business reports, powerpoint presentations, consolidation of data and generation of reports for the regional offices will also fall under the care of this incumbent.

You will report directly to the senior leaders who you will be supporting, and will work closely with other EAs to provide coverage whenever necessary.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of experience in providing secretarial support to multiple stakeholders who take charge of regional functions. Being highly organised and the ability to prioritise numerous tasks and requests, will help you to succeed in this role. You will need to have great communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders efficiently, as well as flexibility to collaborate with regional counterparts in different time zones. You will be required to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to generate reports with charts/graphs and prepare slides for meetings.
