Work Location: Asia Square Tower
3 months contract: Convertible
Manage complex calendars for the CEO and Partners, coordinating across multiple time zones.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requiring the CEO's or Partners attention or action.
Proactively schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue booking, technology setup, and meeting minutes documentation.
Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the CEO and Partners.
Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, dining reservations, itineraries, and travel expense tracking.
Draft, prepare, and distribute communications on behalf of the CEO and Partners.
Oversee office administration and day-to-day operational management.
Coordinate and support administrative and logistical arrangements for internal and external events.
Handle expense reporting and claims processing.
Assist the CEO with personal errands as required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Good understanding of the investment and financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
