Job Summary
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman/CEO, manage corporate secretarial tasks, and oversee office operations to ensure efficient administration and strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for the Chairman/CEO with internal stakeholders and external clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Deliver confidential executive support by managing secretarial and administrative duties with discretion to protect sensitive information
- Draft business documents and maintain records of confidential materials to support corporate secretarial functions
- Develop and maintain an organized documentation and filing system to enhance information accessibility and security
- Coordinate office operations including managing relationships with building and facilities management, cleaning services, and controlling stationery inventory
- Perform additional administrative and ad-hoc duties as required to support organizational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Secretariat qualification is advantageous
- Experience supporting senior executives is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain strong confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Exceptional attention to detail with advanced planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions
