Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align growth strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report business performance, sales pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
