Executive, Air Freight Export

• Cover as a team IC to assist the Manager with overseeing the Export Operations 2
• Process shipping documents
• Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the booking slips
• Ensure compliance to the customers shipping requirements/instructions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely
• Ensure copy of all relevant shipping documents are passed to Accounts and Permit Departments for processing
• Fax documents and scan pre-alerts if required
• Handle any other responsibilies as and when assigned

• Applicants with knowledge and experiencing in managing Air Freight Export Operations preferred
• Good administrative skills
• Results driven and attention to details
• Diploma/ degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience

This role will be based at Airport Logistics Park (Alps Avenue) and will be on afternoon rostered shift work.5 days work week on rostered shift duty with hours listed as below. Off and rest day will be scheduled within the weekly rostered shift.

Monday to Friday: 3.00 pm to 12.30 am OR 6.00 pm to 3.30am
Saturday: 2.00 pm to 11.30 pm OR 5.00 pm to 2.30 am
Sunday: 12.00 pm to 9.30 pm
