Responsibilities:
Consumer promotion:
Main lead on Consumer Promotion (CP) appeal process, which includes:
i. Launch/ announcement of appeal process
ii. Raising the appeal manually and the system appeal Handling enquiries and re-issuance requests related to the appeal
i. Change of payment mode for CP (Cheque/ bank transfer/ next of kin account/ voucher type)
ii. Any other exception handling
Contest Report tracking and monitoring:
To assist in the preparation of the contest proposal paper, which includes:
i. Assist the manager to review, revise, and finalise contest mechanics via engagement in discussion with the Agency Team
ii. Vetting and Clearance of T&C with legal and compliance
iii. Info memo draft and upload of T&C to one portal
iv. Refresh of contest paper
v. Closing report for contest
Generating a contest and production report, which includes:
Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports using MS Excel and/or other available system reporting platforms, and circulate them to the intended recipients.
