Role: Executive - After Sales Service Support
Duration: Permanent
. Responsible for sales activities related to compressors and turbines installed in chemical plants
. Responsible for taking up enquiries from clients, processing enquiries and po and following up payments.
. Responsible for liaising with clients, vendors, procurement team and other engineering function group to ensure provision of seamless after-sales services to clients while meeting quality standard and clients requirement.
. Responsible for preparation of quotes, process PO and coordinate for delivery etc.
. Maintain accurate data records, keep data in proper manner internal server
. Prompt and satisfactory action for cost summary, proposal creation, as well as data input with using internal system
After-Sales Services
. Daily communication with clients by phone, email or web-meeting for projects or on-going work and other related matters
. Taking care of techno commercial discussion with client, needed for the supply of spares, upgrades, modification etc.
. Involve in technical-commercial discussions with vendors and engineering team.
. Working with procurement team for arranging PO / logistics etc for shipment
. Arranging logistics and accompany supervisors to site during site activities
. Prepare and create commercial proposal for after-sales services including communicating with vendors, and the other department such as Procurement, Engineering dept.
. Understand the internal procedure and calculate adequate cost & profit, as well as approval on internal compliance program.
. Negotiate with client for offer price, delivery time of item/service, and finalize the commercial offer.
. Review and negotiate the Contract terms and conditions with client.
. Follow-up with clients on submitted proposals, on-going order delivery, and invoice payment.
. Arrange web-meeting with clients/internal members, other sales persons, etc.
2. Data Management
. Record keeping of all the technical communication, history of equipment, Changes & upgrades
. Enter data and maintain project records and files
(Mainly in electronic copy, including hard copy)
3. Administrative arrangement
. Communicate with internal members, and/or other group company members, vendors to arrange any administrative matter including but not limited to ticket-booking, accommodation arrangement, etc.
