Job Description:
Join a government agency to provide administrative and operational support to the IT Infrastructure team. This role is suitable for candidates with administrative, coordination, records management, or operations support experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and IT officers for infrastructure-related operations
Assist with document preparation, filing, digitization and records management
Liaise with service providers on routine operational matters
Track and maintain records for backup media handling and returns
Support stock take exercises and inventory management of hardware and peripherals
Maintain records of departmental assets, including keys, cabinets and storage media
Digitize hardcopy documents for storage in digital repositories
Support routine audit checks and verification exercises
Assist with disposal and record updates for expired hardware and peripherals
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification
Administrative, operations support, records management or coordination experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous and organized with strong attention to detail
Able to handle documentation and inventory tracking duties
